Impact & Transparency

Impact and transparency

We report honestly. We publish only approved updates and verified figures — never made-up numbers.

Our reporting principles

  • We publish only figures we can verify, with the date and source.
  • We protect beneficiaries’ privacy. Outcomes are shared in summary form without identifying anyone.
  • Personal stories and photos are shared only with informed consent — and guardian consent for children.
  • We explain how donations and funds are used.

Activity updates

Approved activity updates will be published here as our work in Trans-Nzoia County gets under way.

Reports and use of funds

Annual reports and financial summaries will be published here once approved by TEA.

Stories

With consent, we will share stories from people living with epilepsy and their families.

Ask the TEA assistant

Please don’t send detailed medical history, ID numbers or photos of children by WhatsApp. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and your messages and number will be handled under WhatsApp’s terms as well as TEA’s privacy notice.

WhatsApp is a way to contact the TEA team during working hours. It is not a 24/7 helpline or emergency service. Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EAT). We aim to reply within one working day.

Emergency? If a seizure lasts more than 5 minutes, or the person is badly hurt or has trouble breathing, call 999 or 112 now.
